Christ Power Ministries (CPM) is a non-profit charity and community-based organization located in Nabidogha, Iganga Municipality, Eastern Uganda. We are dedicated to providing a safe and loving home for children who have no one else to care for them.
Our Orphanages
At CPM, we run orphanages that offer a safe place for children who have lost their parents or have been abandoned. Here, they find love, care, and a family. Our dedicated staff ensures that each child feels valued and supported.
Daily Life at the Orphanages
In our orphanages, children receive proper meals, clean clothes, and a comfortable place to sleep. They attend school and are encouraged to learn and grow. We also provide healthcare to ensure they are healthy and happy.
Nurturing in the Word of God
We believe in nurturing children not only physically but also spiritually. Our orphanages are places where children learn about the love of Jesus. We have daily prayers, Bible study sessions, and Sunday school classes. This helps them grow in faith and understand the teachings of Jesus Christ.
Success Stories
Many children who have lived in our orphanages have gone on to lead successful and happy lives. For instance, John, who came to us as a small boy, now works as a teacher. He often visits us and helps guide the younger children, sharing his story and encouraging them to have faith and hope.
Providing Life Skills
Apart from education, we teach children important life skills. They learn how to cook, clean, and take care of themselves and others. We also offer vocational training in skills like tailoring, carpentry, and farming. This helps them become self-reliant when they grow up.
